bouncehandler-unsubscribe shell-hook

Hello,

  I wanted to create a shell hook named bouncehandler-nomessagesandwarn, and I
was hoping to start by copying and then hacking bouncehandler-unsubscribe...
but I can't find it. I checked the scripts folder in my installation, and I
downloaded the tarball and did a find for it, but no luck.
  Any ideas?

P.S.- if there is a non-shell hook way to do a bouncehandler-nomessagesandwarn
(where the users settings are set to "no messages" and they are warned that
they will soon be unsubscribed) please feel free to push me in the right
direction. Thanks!
