Richard was added to my lists and wrote to me when he got his intro
messages with his new password. I told him it was a randomly generated
sequence of characters. After he ordered me to change his password for
him, I decided that a phone call would be in order,

Me: Hello, Richard?
Richard: Yes.
M: This is Steve. I just wanted to ask you a couple of questions. First,
     are you Jewish?
R: Yes.
M: And are you suffering from Mercury poisoning?
R: No.
M: So you want me to change your password for you because you're feeling
insecure about the randonly generated word "Jew" embedded in your
    password?
R: ....

I changed his password and dropped him a note letting him know that I had
no idea what the new password was and to contact me if he had and
problems.

Anyways, I thought you'd enjoy this. :-)

It was randomly generated. Why?
