how to convert mj_wwwuser cgi into korean version..?

System Fedora core 6.....and installed mj2

mj_wwwuser, mj_wwwadmin works fine...

but...korean email looks corrupt....may be....the cgi's default charset is
us-ascii.

so I want to convert these cgi into korean version...

Where can I get the source of these CGI program? How to compile it?
How can I change the default charset of these cgi?
