about restrict_post

I created list 'test' with owner [email protected]
but... I can't post to test group with [email protected]

I created another group 'admin' having a member '[email protected]'

and I did command "configset test restrict_post=admin"

but..still I can't post to test....it [email protected] is not a member of restrict_post groups

How can I get post permission?

anybody tell me how.
