spam control for owners

we have several lists, whose "owners" list consists of several
users. ATM each member of these owners lists has to deal with spam
on his own.

What are simple to use, efficient strategies to reduce the spam load
for each member?
How to make all mail to *-owner or owner-* for all lists be filtered
for spam at entry before delivering to the "real" recipients?
