Need help configuring for rejected messages.

If someone can help me with this, I promise to learn from it.

When people reply to a message, it is required that they remove the 
footer from the bottom of what they reply to. When they don't do that, the 
message bounces to me for processing with this:

   The postblock flag is set for "Alfred E Newman" <[email protected]>.
   GLOBAL TABOO BODY:  /\bunsubscribe\b/i matched "unsubscribe" at line number 22.

I currently have this set:

configset GLOBAL taboo_body <<ENDAAF
/\bunsubscribe\b/i
ENDAAF

I'd like to set it up so that instead, it will reject with my form letter 
and I'm not sure how to go about it.

Also, I'm don't really understand the difference between the DEFAULT list 
and the GLOBAL list. Where is this documented?
