Extracting names from dead lists

I had an mj2 setup running on an old BSDI box.  The box died, terminally, 
last month.  Fortunately, I was able to recover all of the data, which I 
now have on a USB disk.  My new mj2 setup runs on FreeBSD.

There's a couple of lists from the dead server that I'd like to 
resuscitate.  How do I do it?  If need be, I have another old box running 
BSDI, if it's easier to move lists to another box running the same 
libraries.
