Whether reply_to or not is used for a particular subscriber address
depends on whether they have the replyto flag set.

Likewise, this depends on whether each individual subscriber has the
prefix flag set.

You can mass-set flags with

  set-pattern-allmatching LISTNAME prefix,replyto .
