You set the values that will be used for the Reply-To: header or
subject prefix in the case that users have the respective flags set.
If they don't have prefix set they won't get a subject prefix; if they
don't have replyto set they won't get a Reply-To: header

I'm not sure what you mean by "every text option".  The set of
available subscriber flags can be seen with "help set".
