subject_prefix and prefix

So, it appears I have "prefix" flag set, but I'm not getting a subject
prefix added to my mj2-dev incoming list messages.

Would it be unreasonable to ask one of the list admins to set it to a
reasonable value, such as $LIST@$HOST ?

Out of curiosity, what version of mj2 is running this list?
