Subjects cut off

Moin,

on mutt-dev with mutt.org we have trac sending reports every now and
then. Some of the subjects are _very_ long. Many/ most/ all(?) of
them are cut off at a certain width ... where to look to stop it and
pass subjects on as they come in?
