The way I did it was by setting 'override_reply_to' to be yes, and  
then setting 'reply_to' to be '$LIST@$HOST'. Is there a better way to  
do it that will even make Outlook consistently work?

There is a restricted list of users who can post announcements, but  
they use Outlook as their email client, so I don't think they can  
control their headers (even if they would be able to understand the  
idea, which I'm not so sure of). One thing though is that they also  
sometime just post regularly (ie, as a part of a conversation thread),  
so I can't just key off of the email address.

But perhaps you have something in mind that doesn't require them  
having to somehow modify the headers of their email messages?
