Because, you know, it's dead.  I fixed a security bug a while back but
otherwise I doubt anyone (besides, perhaps you) has looked it in half a
decade.

I won't tell you not to use it; you're welcome to do what you want with
it.  But don't expect anyone else to have any retained knowledge.

This message has reminded me that a couple of Mj2 lists still exist, and
I'm going to go ahead and close them down so nobody else gets the wrong
idea.  I'm also letting the majordomo2.org domain finally expire since
it's up for renewal.  (I don't maintain mj2.org so whoever is still
paying for that is welcome to do what they like.)  If anyone has
anything they'd like to say about the subject, feel free to contact me
but don't get your hopes up.
