I've never done a name transfer between ppl, only between registrars =85 =

Self-loathing of ones own code aside, I still consider it (as do many =
others apparently) one of the best list softwares out there =85 I really =
hate dealing with Mailman, since I find its CLI to be =85 well, *does* =
it have a CLI?=
