We (postgresql.org) considered it, but instead decided to block emails
coming from yahoo.com and aol.com domains entirely.  Had we added the
.INVALID bit to those address would have meant that anybody replying to
such posts would have gotten them a bounce back, which would have been a
PITA (our lists don't set Reply-To, so the OP is in CC in a reply, which
would have caused the bounce).

Also, the number of people still using yahoo.com/aol.com addresses isn't
that large --- the top posters had already figured that things were
going wrong and switched to other providers quickly.  Of course, Yahoo
subscribers can still *read* the lists, they're only blocked from
posting (via mj2 access_rules).
