[mew-release 00074] Mew 3.1

Hello guys,

We are pleased to inform you that Mew 3.1 has finally been
released. It is available as follows:

	ftp://ftp.mew.org/pub/Mew/release/mew-3.1.tar.gz

In short, this version supports IMAP/NNTP and all combinations of
cases and each protocols. Please read 00diff, 00readme, and info for
more information.

If you cannot upgrade to Mew 3.1, you should upgrade to Mew 2.3 since
Mew 2.2 has security problems. It is available as follows:

	ftp://ftp.mew.org/pub/Mew/release/mew-2.3.tar.gz

Lastly we would like to thank all contributors for making this work
