Sorry for the delay but I have released Mew 6.3 release candidate 1.

	http://www.mew.org/Beta/mew-6.3rc1.tar.gz

The main purpose of Mew 6.3 is to work with Emacs 23 correctly.
I hope that I can release Mew 6.3 in the end of this month.
