PATH was incorrect it should be sbin not bin.

# export 
PATH=/usr/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/solarisstudio12.3/bin:/usr/local/clamav/sbin 


....
CLAMSCAN 'clamav'    NO (not found)
AVP      'AvpLinux'  NO (not found)
.....
NVCC     'nvcc'      NO (not found)
CLAMD    'clamd'     YES - /usr/local/clamav/sbin/clamd
TROPHIE  'trophie'   NO (not found)
