Hi folks,

We are pleased to announce the release of Mulberry v3.1b3 for=20
Mac/Win32/Unix. This release is the third beta release of the next version=20
of Mulberry. This contains fixes for some of the new 3.1 features as well=20
as introducing a new certificate manager UI accessible via the Preferences.

All the crypto plugins have been updated for this release. v3.1b3 will not=20
load older versions of the crypto plugins so you MUST update them at the=20
same time as v3.1b3:

IMPORTANT This release is set to expire at the end of July 2003. Another=20
release will be available before then.
