PITTSBURGH'S CYRUSOFT INTERNATIONAL COMPLETES ACQUISITION, CHANGES=20
CORPORATE NAME, AND
LAUNCHES MOVE INTO HOMELAND SECURITY MARKET

PITTSBURGH, Pa., May 21, 2004, Cyrusoft International Inc., a=20
Pittsburgh-based provider of intelligent email products, announced the=20
acquisition of another Pittsburgh software company as part of a strategic=20
drive into the homeland security software market.

Cyrusoft said it acquired ISE Lab Inc., which has developed proprietary=20
agent-based security technology under the leadership of Qi He, a leading=20
cryptography researcher. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The addition of ISE technology to Cyrusoft's globally-established suite of=20
Internet messaging products has established a new direction for the=20
combined companies, which have been named ISAMET, Inc., for Intelligent,=20
Secure Agent Messaging Technology.

The new corporate identity reflects the roll-out of a new product called=20
EDDES (Emergency Disaster Deployment Evacuation System), which the combined =

companies expect to become a leader in the homeland security communications =

marketplace.  ISAMET is currently working with Region 13 of the=20
Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) in Western Pennsylvania, as =

well as with a major defense contractor, to provide leading-edge secure=20
messaging and communications technology for emergency-response personnel.

"With this acquisition, we're launching a new company designed to become a=20
major player in homeland security communications," said John Degory, CEO of =

ISAMET. "Pittsburgh is emerging as a global leader in homeland security=20
technology, and the merger of these two Pittsburgh software companies=20
signals a step forward in the region's leadership of this 21st Century=20
industry."

As part of the merger, Qi He of ISE has joined the combined companies as=20
Chief Science Officer and will be the architect for the new products.  "I'm =

excited by the opportunity to become part of ISAMET and to see my=20
technology become deployed in the security interest of our state and our=20
nation," he said.

Potential users of the platform also expressed enthusiasm for the new=20
direction of the combined companies.  "Our region has been working with=20
ISAMET to develop a secure messaging solution finely tuned to the needs of=20
professional emergency management personnel," said Bob Full, Chairman of=20
PEMA's, Region 13. "We're excited by the relationship we've developed with=20
John Degory and his team and look for great results for our region on a=20
long term basis."

Cyrusoft, the company that acquired ISE to form ISAMET, has roots at=20
Carnegie Mellon University, and was established as a global player in=20
intelligent email solutions, especially for the education market.  ISAMET=20
will continue to develop and support intelligent messaging products under=20
the well known Mulberry and SilkyMail brands.
