Hi folks,

We are pleased to announce the release of Mulberry v4.0a1 for Mac OS X &=20
Win32. This is the first test release of our next major version of=20
Mulberry. Highlights include calendaring support, unicode support and new=20
icons and UI changes.

Note this is an alpha release so we are looking for bug reports and other=20
feedback. There are also still some major features to be added over the=20
next few months.

      *** This version is set to expire on 31-Dec-2004  ***
      *** by which time a new version will be available ***

      *** For Mac OS users: this version will only run  ***
      *** on OS X 10.3 and above. We may eventually     ***
      *** add support for OS X 10.2, but no earlier     ***
      *** OS X versions or 'Classic' Mac OS.            ***

      *** Mac OS X users: also note that Mulberry is    ***
      *** now a 'packaged' application and will install ***
      *** as a 'Mulberry' item in the Applications      ***
      *** directory. The previous Mulberry install will ***
      *** not be deleted.                               ***
