Verify that the address books you want to use for expansion have the 'Use 
for Searching and Expansion' option on when you look at their 'Details'. 
Also verify that the expansion settings in the prefs panel are OK. As far 
as I can tell expansion is working fine, but it is possible some preference 
upgrade process removed the expansion option from your address books.
