Can you post a list of all the relevant RFC's?

I expect this is something Cyrus will need to work on, as it sounds pretty 
intrusive. I try to keep the Win32 branch building but I'm hesitant to add 
much new functionality as I don't understand the overall architecture well 
enough. (It's a pretty complicated program.)
