Question about MAC version

Hi,

I have been using Mulberry on Windows for many years.  I recently was given a MacBook Pro and installed Mulberry after trying to use the AppleMail that came 
with it.

I exported/imported my address book, but I can't seem to get Mulberry on the Mac to look at it - what is the trick I'm missing

Bonus questions - is there any way to export/import my text macros? (I know the export part, it's the import that is eluding me)
