How did you import it? Does it appear in Address Book Manager? Do you have 
enabled the checkboxes for it?

If I'm not mistaken, the macros are part of the preferences. So you need to 
export the prefs on the Windows machine (using the save button from the 
prefs dialog) and open that file on the Mac.
