OK, looks like there is a bug with styled text editing. I only use plain 
text for emails I send which is why I have not seen this before. When I 
switched to HTML I got the crash immediately upon trying to copy styled 
text.

For the time being, to avoid crashes, switch to only send plain text. I'll 
try and look into the problem when I next get a chance.
