Error using Imap to read Gmail

Hi,

I am getting the following error

A problem occurred while decoding the information sent from the server.
 The operation has been cancelled.

Account: Google Imap
Mailbox: INBOX

I get this message twice, then the inbox list window is cleared.

This is not happening on the initial open of the inbox, but when I do a
check

My current theory is that it's some type of attachment that is causing the
problem

I have over 50,000 messages in my inbox (I get about 1000/day)

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated :-)
