Hello, I broke your reply into three possibilities (to sort it for my thinking): 1 - do it on the server 2- use mulberry to control server - not recommended 3- use Mulberry - apply rules 1- Server - I do have something called Mail Filters, which I'll test. 3- "The rest should be self-explanatory" goaded me on to try Rules. I had a couple of old rules/triggers that went nowhere. I got something configured that will move a test email to the new test mailbox in an account...but only when I manually click Apply Rules (Menu>Mailbox). Then it will move them, and delete in the originating mailbox, leaving me to also Expunge. Know what part of the rule I might be missing to make this more automatic? If they only move to the appropriate box by - Menu>Mailbox>Apply rules, I wonder if there's a keyboard short cut for that action? Thanks much for your thoughts, MU --On 8/13/13 10:31 AM +0200 [email protected] wrote: Hi, it is usually best to do what you want on the server. If the server offers a filtering interface, you can probably configure it in a web frontend. Theoretically you could use Mulberry to configure the server filters, if it supports sieve/managesieve, but I wouldn't recommend it. If your server doesn't support server-side filtering, you can use Mulberry's rules. They're under Mailbox->Rules. Choose "Local", add a rule, and assign it to a trigger. Perhaps you need to add a trigger first. The rest should be self-explanatory. --On 12.
