For me it still is.  I keep trying other programs and coming back to 
Mulberry.  I can use other IMAP clients too if I want to (that's one of 
the advantages of IMAP), but I use Mulberry most of the time.

By the way, you don't need IMSP to store options on a server.  I use 
WEBDAV for that.
