It was interesting to read this, because a lot of people at my place hated Mulberry because they thought it was *not* well suited to folk who were less technically-proficient, and they were only too pleased with the switch to Outlook, which they considered to be much more user-friendly (needless to say, I don't share that view, but I'm paid to provide support for it nevertheless).
