I've been maintaining the Win32 stuff in git but haven't had time to put 
real effort into it. I've got some fixes in my local copy that I need to 
push up to Github and to the upstream repository. I do it rarely so it's a 
bit of a research project to remember how to do that.

Remember that there's a mulberry-dev list, as well. Those who maintain the 
Mac and Linux builds may be more likely to see discussion if you post there.
