A fork was made and is being maintained on Github to make it easier to 
build on the various platforms. Those of us working there pull periodically 
from Cyrus' Subversion repo. I don't know when that was last done for the 
"root" project. I've been maintaining a secondary repo just for Windows 
development but I haven't pushed edits back to it in quite awhile. It's 
something I've been meaning to do but just haven't had time.

Meanwhile, check the -devel list archives for details on how to get access. 
That list is very quiet so you should be able to find the information 
quickly.
