For the various platforms:

OS X: Mulberry links with the built-in openssl libraries which are old 
enough to not be impacted by the bug.

Linux/Unix: Mulberry links with the built-in openssl libraries - so you 
will need to make sure the OS has upgraded libraries.

Windows: Mulberry supplies its own version of openssl - the last Windows 
distributions of Mulberry shipped with openssl old enough to not be 
impacted by the bug.

As others have noted, it is much more critical that you verify with your 
service providers that their servers are safe or have been fixed.
