reply above or below quoted message

Hi, folks.  For many years, I arranged Mulberry to position my response to a 
message AFTER/BELOW the quoted message.  Increasingly, I find myself wanting 
to put my response above the quoted message.  I am almost positive that there 
is a setting in Mulberry that deals with this, but I have been unable to find 
it.  I looked in the Reference Guide and went through all the Preferences, 
and I failed to find it.  Am I mistaken in thinking that there is such a 
setting?  If not, I'd be most grateful if someone would tell me where to find 
it.
