I send a lot too, and often I want retained copies in different
places.  Usually not in the same folder as the message replied to.
The storage folder depends on message content.  One place for quoted
new work, one place for problems resolved, one place for new work
finished, etc.  Plus places for personal email.  So I do really want
to be asked every time.  The good thing that Mulberry does is remember
the last choice you made, and keeps a list of other choices made in
the past.  Very handy.

No, that is personal experience.  I have had it happen regularly.  It
means that TB is unusable for me.
