I was looking through the changelog and found it handles multiple accounts by running multiple instances. Which would be awkward if you move mail between accounts a lot. Not something I normally do. But I do connect to lots of accounts. I suppose it's like having many PuTTY sessions open to different ssh servers. The Windows aggregation of sessions under one taskbar icon would be handy for this.
