Tanstaafl, In the early days of computering, when Mulberry was the young bright kid on the block, most computer users were techies who love fiddling with computers. Users these days want to listen to music, play games, and watch videos. And they don't want to use email clients at all. The modern computer users' outlook: Rule 1: if having an option means that I need to configure something, I would rather do without the option.
