Continuing Mulberry-Windows issues

Sorry for almost a month of silence... I needed to see how far I
could get on my own before either reporting success or coming
back with more questions. Unfortunately, this note is not about
the former.

After discovering not only the missing library with Mulberry but
a few other applications that didn't get on well with Windows
11, I finally gave up and took the machine back to Windows 10.
General comment about Windows 11: except for people who run
exclusively Microsoft, Microsoft Store, or other applications
that are actively maintained in conjunction with ongoing
Microsoft changes; are willing to rely on OneDrive; etc.; it
probably is not ready for prime time. I also looked carefully
at migrating to Roundcube but its model is sufficiently
incompatible with how I work and how I'm set up and the
transition is too difficult to contemplate right now.

So, here I am with Mulberry on a new Win 10 machine. I've got
it running successfully and without problems, with the same OS
and versions, on several other machines, so I'm assuming the
problem is not Win 10.

I'm experiencing two problems on this one machine that don't
feel as if they should be related, but might be and would
appreciate help from those with more knowledge and experience
with the code than I have:

(1) It runs for a while and then crashes. The crashes take
three forms, seemingly at random although some occur in
conjunction with attempts to send messages, and are not
associated with any activity I can identify. (i) Mulberry just
closes -- no messages, no logs, just stops and disappears. (ii)
It pops up an error message, always referring to c0000005 and to
either address 00817afd or 00817e52, and generates a crash dump.
(iii) Is just like (ii) including the same ID and addresses, but
says that a crash dump cannot be written. When crash dumps are
written, they contain different stack and address traces. "A
while", in terms of intervals, can be as little as two minutes
or more than 24 hours so, again, pretty random.

(2) I still cannot send mail. Most often when I try it, I get
an SMTP log and an error log a moment or two later. The SMTP
log looks perfectly normal, the error logs (when they are
produced) start out in several different forms, e.g.,

   TID: 18992 0x4a30
	Type: !std::exception!!std::logic_error!!std::out_of_range!!
	Errno: 7352008 0x702ec8
	Function: ExX86_User_ThrowHandler

	TID: 22140 0x567c
	Type: *CObject!!CException!!CFileException!!
	Errno: 8721285 0x851385
	Function: ExX86_User_ThrowHandler

	TID: 22140 0x567c
	Type: !std::exception!!std::logic_error!!std::out_of_range!!
	Errno: 7352008 0x702ec8
	Function: ExX86_User_ThrowHandler

These look like different errors to me and I have to admit I
have no idea what "Throw" or "Catch" mean in this context.

A very recent attempt to send mail produced neither an SMTPlog
nor an error log but no message went out. The attempt circa 15
minutes before that led to Mulberry vanishing when I clicked
"send", with no log or crash information.

It occurred to me that the seemingly random crashes might be
associated with incoming messages and their processing, so I
temporarily deleted my rather complex collection of filtering
Rules, but no change.

Any ideas about either or both problems would be very welcome.
I'm attaching a file that shows a collection of recent log and
crash dump files from the last 24 hours in the event that they
tell some of you things I have not noticed or don't understand.

Many thanks in advance,
   john
