Hello Mutt Users,

I've just released version 2.4.0.  Instructions for downloading are=20

directly downloaded from <http://ftp.mutt.org/pub/mutt/>.  Please take=20
the time to verify the signature file against my public key[1].

This release has new features as well as bug fixes.  Please see the=20

Note to packagers that we reformatted the code base during this cycle,=20
making a bit of work to update external patches.
