Hi Mutt Users,

I've just released version 1.11.3.  Instructions for downloading are at=20
<http://www.mutt.org/download.html>, or the tarball can be downloaded=20
directly from <http://ftp.mutt.org/pub/mutt/>.  Please make sure you=20
verify the gpg signature file against the tarball [1].

This release fixes building with LibreSSL, along with several other bug=20
fixes and minor improvements.

Thanks to everyone who submitted patches, tickets, and helped out for=20
this release.
