Hello Mutt Users,

I've just released version 1.14.5.  Instructions for downloading are=20
available at <http://www.mutt.org/download.html>, or the tarball can be=20
directly downloaded from <http://ftp.mutt.org/pub/mutt/>.  Please take=20
the time to verify the signature file against my public key.

This release fixes a regression from the 1.14.3 release.  Encryption=20
settings are no longer checked when using $tunnel to connect to a=20
preauthenticated IMAP server.

After some discussion on mutt-dev, this release changes to only consult=20
$ssl_force_tls in response to a "normal" (non-tunneled) unencrypted=20
preauthenticated IMAP connection.  Please see=20
<http://www.mutt.org/doc/manual/#ssl> for more details about STARTTLS,=20
$ssl_force_tls, and $tunnel.

Thanks to everyone who provided feedback for the past few releases, and=20
helped me with the 1.14.3 regression.
