Hello Mutt Users,

I've just released version 2.3.0.  Instructions for downloading are=20
available at <http://www.mutt.org/download.html>, or the tarball can be=20
directly downloaded from <http://ftp.mutt.org/pub/mutt/>.  Please take=20
the time to verify the signature file against my public key[1].

This release has new features as well as bug fixes.  Please see the=20
UPDATING file, and also please take a look at the release notes:=20
<http://www.mutt.org/relnotes/2.3/>.

Note that this is actually a very small release, more to clear out the=20
few commits that have take place in the master branch over the past four=20
years.

However, the good news is that several people have volunteered to help=20
with work on mutt.  We're just getting started, but we hope to start=20
making regular new-feature releases again.
