[PATCH 8/8] Run check-local in sr.ht CI

Looks like FreeBSD does not have shellcheck.
---
This is already tested on the Arch CI and works there.

See [0], the check stage finishes without failure, only the first build
stage fails due to some compiler error (which is addressed in another
thread).
