Ah, I apologize.  Thank you for bringing this up.

What's appropriate is getting feedback, and I value yours highly.  To be 
honest, it was partly the desire to get the task done, but also the 
feeling that I was asking too much of everyone to review a third version 
with just minor changes.

I'll go slower in the future, to give plenty of time for feedback.
