Okay.  Thanks for chiming in Jim and Claus.

There is a conflict in the documentation though.  "Editing Input Fields"=20
at http://www.mutt.org/doc/manual/#editing lists <delete> as a forward=20
delete (and has done so since the initial revision).  The table at=20
http://www.mutt.org/doc/manual/#editor-map is generated directly from=20
the actual keybinding, and lists it as a backwards delete.

So I'll at least need to fix the former.
