There are apps that provide a Linux shell under iOS. iSH
(<https://ish.app>), for example, is an Alpine Linux and there is at
least a mutt package:

<https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/package/edge/community/x86/mutt>

I don't use that myself, I ssh to a server and run mutt there in Screen.
