Thanks. I created the file gpgsm.conf as:

log-file /tmp/gpgsm.log
verbose
debug-level guru

which gives many information in the log file and will see in my office
where it gets stuck.

There is only *one* system (my laptop), but in two different networks
(my home and my office). I think at the end it's a firewall issue.
