I was mildly curious and looked a little at the OSUOSL site.
The following sites appear to be hosted by OSUOSL and have
valid https certificates:
https://elinux.org/
https://www.glassbeats.org/
https://openid.net/
I didn't check many others; just enough to confirm that
sites hosted by OSUOSL _can_ use https now. Maybe that's
worth noting in the ticket.
Whether or not others can contribute work to make it happen,
I don't know. If all it takes is a request to the OSUOSL
folks who do the hosting, that may be easy enough to do.
