NeoMail 1.27

Hi all.  NeoMail 1.27 has been released.  Head to http://www.neomail.org to

Changes from 1.26:

* Added the ability to lock in user domains, instead of allowing users
   to choose from all domains on the server.  Developed due to a donation
   from Caladan Communications, Ltd. (http://www.caladan.net)
* Added a fix for the tell() bug that was causing file corruption on certain
   Perl installations.  Thanks to Paulo Matos for the fix.
