I have a user that depends on neomail. Ever time he sends an email it shoots out 1- 11 copy's of it to the recipient. The strange thing is that some times it sends three copy's, five copy's, etc. Over the last couple months the maximum numbers that it sends has been increasing. The user that LOVES neomail and thinks it's the greatest thing ever. He has 24 folders and keeps 15 megs of email on neomail. Unfortunately I doubt it is possible to get him to move onto a hard client like outlook, evolution, etc. He is on the road all the time and just uses hotel computers. Any ideas on how to resolve this? I hate to tell him to delete his mail account and start over. We have been trying to get an answer out of some of the cpanel users: http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php? s=&threadid=19274&goto=nextnewest I have had also tried to get a response from webhostingtalk.com. It seems that people agree that this does happen but the only resolution is to delete the account. I really appreciate your help.
